Part Time Youth Connect Engagement and Development Worker

Hours: 18 per week          
Rate of Pay:  £7,200 p.a. - £8,100 p.a. (£16,000 - £18,000 full time equivalent pro-rata)

Liverpool Lighthouse is the UK's first dedicated Urban Gospel Music and Arts Centre, with a track record in organising exciting gospel arts festivals and events. It has a strong Christian ethos. Youth Connect is its strong arts-based programme for engaging with hard-to-reach young people in the area, working with them to set up a club organised by young people for young people, running a variety of urban arts activities.

• Do you have experience and skills in working with young people?
• Are you into music and arts?
• Do you have plenty of energy and drive?
• Are you flexible and dedicated, able to work weekends and some hours during the week, on site or off site?
